Pork Gang Roaring The Streets of SS2

So basically the #porkgang decided that instead on just heading to restaurants, maybe it's about time to head to the Pasar Malam instead. Cheap, loads of variety and good food too! But only me, the bf, Kim, ST, Horny and Kerol were the attendees as those like KY had some wedding dinner and Suan was busy, et al you know how it goes.

But rather then going and walking together. We arrived at destination and started food hunting separately, as Horny and Kerol already knew what they wanted to buy and eat and the bf was parked all the way near Tin Pan Kor Kor and main target was to get the Salted Baked Chicken and Sugar Cane juice (his choi ngoi!)

Then nearing the Taiwan pizza shop, I got a shock when this bloody tall kwai lou stood next to me and looked down. Nearly jumped and screamed then realized it was ST. O____________O so the 4 of us walked together snapping at all the yummy food we can get hold off - each with the thinking of getting extra for the others 'cept Kim of cos *lololol*

It started to drizzle a bit when we were nearing Misai, so we just headed over and camped under the umbrella and our picnic begins :D

Fuiyoh, super huge oven that is used to bake super fresh pastries..

.. like these ones!

Cam the whore

The Taiwan Pizza place, never seen it before nor tried it. But Kim got herself some and it's actually not too bad. She let me take a bite to taste and try, thankew Kim :P

Kim and ST :)

Taiwanese Sausages galore

I'm really amazed that even the Lok-lok store camps at the Pasar Malam

Evidently a bloody Sugar Cane addict, buy also big bottles one!

This guy has the best lor pak koh but also one of the longest queue as well

OH yes and the char siew that is sold at the back of a motorcycle by an old Uncle. Really nice and crunchy but slightly oily, another introduction by Kim

Fried Chicken like the Shih Lin Taiwan Snack store, the Taiwanese really love to drench their fried stuff with lots of Ajinamoto, no joke at all

Neh, the char siew :)

My favourite! The deep fried squid! I feel like having one now

My second true love, the deep fried taufu - RM 5 for a packet

*nom nom nom*

Food galore! Deep fried taufu, squid, chicken, salted chicken, char siew, lok-lok, char kuey teow, char lou bak koh, too many things!

Horny tried to adjust the umbrella at Misai, to make it lower cos the rain was kinda getting to us and cos the umbrella is so high so will kena a bit.. Then *kapiak* tragic. The umbrella cannot be lowered that much so ended up like the pics below:-

All hidden under the umbrella, ST had to hunch back to hide under the umbrella hehehe so funny!

Thank you Misai guy for helping us straighten the umbrella and using the table to eat :)
