Another session of catching up to do before the loved ones head back to Hong Kong. Of cos this session does not involve any form of alcohol. Just plain old dinner with chats that always ends up with funny and lame jokes and a super contented heart. Wish that it could be done every day! YES, I AM SELFISH but I wish you guys would move back here instead :P or faster find me a place to work in HK. Then I can see twin as well!

We decided on Chili’s since J hasn’t been there before and AL keeps telling her how good it is – yeaps, HK dunch have any Chili’s and apparently the TGIF there isn’t that good. So a Chili’s post it is!

The bf and moi :D

See my new Marc by Marc Jacobs earrings! I really really love it! Thanks so much J and twin!

Damn cute right@! The eyes remind me of J and the hair remind me of twin! Miss you guys so much leh, especially you twin! I haven’t seen you the longest

Love love love the lighting here

We were expecting everyone to be pretty late, so in order not to starve while waiting; the bf and I prepped our tummies with some Chicken Mushroom soup (RM 11.95 for the bowl – the cup is slightly cheaper). The soup looks like porridge cum baby food to me. LOL! It’s definitely not as nice as the Broccoli and Cheese soup that I always had when I doomed with my braces. Could only do liquids so not funny at all!

Super big chunks of chicken meat that is really dry *bleh*

AL trying to get everyone’s orders

Ok so first we ordered the Tostada Chips (RM 10.95) which was bottomless and we only managed to finish the first round and the second round went to waste because we had too much to eat! No joke leh! And also it chips were a bit too oily *bah*

Here comes AL’s favorite the Triple Play (RM 25.95)

I was pretty sure he would order this, but I didn’t know that he loves it so much that he ordered 2 portions, one to share amongst us and one all for himself. LOL!!!

My favorite is the Chicken Crispers plus the sauce *slurps* really damn nice!

Kickin Nachos (RM 22.95) this used to taste wayyyyyyyy better like 7 years ago. Now it’s always served a bit slow so the cheese becomes slightly cold oredi and the nachos ends up getting soft, so not crispy anymore. Also, they used to serve it with loads of topping, now like so-so only.

Then came the others!

Cajun Club Sandwich (RM 25.95), JW actually introduced us to this dish and it is my new favorite at Chili’s now other than its Mesquite Salad. But I can only eat one of it and some of my mashed potato and one chicken crispers and I’m done for.

Next, meet my best friend, the mashed potato with really nice gravy. It was my staple diet for the last 2 years when I had my braces one and I’m still not sick of this. Served me well!

JL had this. And it’s a tinsy bit spicy for me. Won’t order it again, but I think it’s more suitable to his liking because he is someone that loves spicy stuff AND it does NOT contain any greens.

BBQ Beef Ribs (RM 49.95) ordered especially for J to try. It tastes like eating Tung Por yoke, very nice but the BBQ sauce a bit too sweet d, so the taste of the beef got camouflaged. AL mentioned that when he had this the last time, it was so HUGE that he only had HALF of it and was damn full, then he tapaoed for his bro and his bro had half of the half and was stuffed too. So I expected the ribs to be thisssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE but then it’s not wor. Cheat One™!

The massive food display, mind you we actually cleared a few dishes by the time I took this picture.

The bf had the Wings Over Buffalo (RM 17.95) his all time favorite that he will never share with me, celaka! But luckily I get to steal the celery and dips :P

We started from 6pm and ended at 10pm. FOL, the 4 hours really passed by super fast. Made me feel damn sad that we had to leave oredi.

The sandwiches look so good! I haven't had any good sandwiches for ages now! I used to have sandwiches every day when I lived in the States. Now it's nasi goreng and roti canai everyday ahaha
