Din Tai Fung vs Dragon-I

Some of the reason's why Din Tai Fung tops Dragon-I..

Their minced pork noodles have really nice and slim noodles

They have century egg, which is the bf's favorite

Salted egg prawn that tastes really really REALLY nice!

Siew Loong dumpling in various flavors, eg: pork, prawn, pork and crab, pork and prawn

Nicely decorated and presentable dumplings like this

Awesome fried rice with a huge portion of awesome pork chop

The dumpling skin is so nice that you just can't resist but ordering another one

And a special dish of taufu drained with pork bits and century egg to accompany and give the full flavor to the dish

BUT dragon-I has a nicer feel to the restaurant, and has lat chi chicken :D HO HO HO!

Another awesome event outing for #porkgang. Sorry we were late... AGAIN but we came just in time when the food was served ma, wasn't it? Except the part that everyone was so fungry that the BBQ pork ribs were finished. Buts s'kay because I didn't find it particularly nice. But the eggplant cooked in salt and pepper on the other hand is just so awesome. Keep wanting refill but the buffet was not held for very long. Only refill once and then everyone whacked it finish damn fast. *not happy*

Thanks ST and Kim for the invite ;) we all got a VIP membership for Craft Brews, which allows us to enjoy Happy Hour Rates the whole night. Die la! Terence is going to get drunk here pretty often. LOL

Craft Brew, brewing their own beer. Spirulina one is nice as well as the other one - sorry bad memory so can't remember the name. Someone please refresh my memory :D

Apple's New iPad

I'm sure most of you are aware of the existence of the iPad and how sexy it is - well as well as how corny the name that Steve Jobs created for it. Lame remarks like this came up:

Kesian apple! Think about it, no matter how corny the name that Apple comes up with for their products, there will definitely be people queuing up to get their hands on them. See how the iPhone first edition wave was, heck even I couldn't wait for it to come to KL that I got a friend from the States to get it for me and jail breaked it KL so I could use it. Then got sick of it, cos succumbed to the evil Blackberry.

I think lots of people may now for go the iPhone 3Gs or rumours about the iPhone 4G and stake their claim on the iPad instead. It's convenient for working people on the go, as well as young kids to use it to surf when their out as well. *trying to imagine people in KL hanging about coffee joints tapping away on their iPad's*

*dies* kenot wait for 90 days till the one with the 3G comes out and whether their worldwide launch is really for Malaysia too. Hopefully its not tied to AT&T again - just like the iPhone thats why it took so fregging long to come to KL. MAXIS or DIGI better do something about it soon! I may just be too tempted to ask my friend to get it from the States again and jail break it and regret it, FML.

MCH dulan cos I wanna get the MacBook Pro 13" now farking see this iPad like damn mm seh tak wanna get. So I have came up with the ultimate solution for myself, MacBook Pro for myself, iPad for the bf as birthday present - INGENIOUS! *evil horns growing out from my head* :P

Finally watched Avatar and catching Avatar in 3D isn't actually such a good idea, it made all of us feel super duper sick after the movie and as if our body was like floating-ish and pukish too. So not funny. Avatar is nice but 3D is a no no!

After watching Avatar in 3D with Keju and Cheesie, we headed down to Ong Lai to meet #porkgang for dinner. Guess what? Cheesie came too, which is like so rare! But she brought #koyuki along - sorry guys for waiting so long! So jam everywhere!!

Too bad eveytime Cheesie comes out, KY is not there. No love lor! LOL

Why Do People Love Teo Chew Porridge?

Not a fan of it at all! Dunch understand why people love to eat the porridge that is super watered down. Eat full creamed peanut porridge nicer lor, or pork intestine porridge. Teo Chew porridge is like drinking water. *BLEH*

The conniving boyfriend knows I dunch like to eat Teo Chew porridge, hence he went and complotted with KY and Horny and Kerol to make me go eat Teo Chew porridge for dinner. Fucker.
