During my recent trip to Hong Kong, I had this cravings for some 炖奶, or steamed milk pudding as how they call it. I had tried it before previously, and I really wanted to have it again...
Then the bf brought me back to this place again for the awesome steamed milk pudding.
It's called the Yee Shun Milk Company. Currently it has many different branches all over Hong Kong and Macau too - the one I went to was at Causeway Bay in Hong Kong island.
Super smooth double-skin steamed milk pudding...
For HKD$22, it was really very good. It has a smooth & soft texture and is dominated strongly by the milk flavour with perfect sweetness. If you're a milk lover like how I or the bf are, I'm sure you'll go crazy over this. The milk skin on top was extremely thin that you can barely feel the texture at all. I would say this steamed milk pudding is highly recommended!
Okay, I think I am missing it again.... =P
