It’s been madness! Forgive for the infrequent updates on my blog – unless on food reviews or food that I eat. :P Every single day I’m rushing here and there for meetings, I’ve been getting stressed out so easily and irritable. You know what the worst part is? That everyone tells me those are symptoms that causes sleeping disorder. According to a friend, when your cycle of sleep gets disturbed (can be due to various issues) you tend to feel so lethargic the next morning, some people even get migraine and stuff like that. Every morning though I have an alarm to wake me up before 8am, but I feel like just crawling back into bed and rest for a while more, hoping that I can sleep away the horrible feeling when I awake.
Then I spoke to S, my so-called nutritionist and health therapist, she asked me to Google on Sleep Disorder and check out the wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_disorder) teeth grinding is even on of the category of sleep disorder! =.=”

DENG! I’m a Bruxism (teeth grinder) and also Nocturia. I always thought that emptying the bladder during the night is a good thing, cos you eliminate toxins but little did I know that it actually disrupts your sleep cycle. Got such thing one meh? Isn’t sleep just sleep, as long as you get 8 hours of sleep at night, that’s all that matters ain’t it? But after some research it says otherwise, every time your cycle of sleep is broken, its like a running a race halfway and then getting disqualified and you have restart from the starting line. Sounds so frustrating.

So what can be done in order to avoid this? Any one have any recommendations? S just asks me to party hard and drink till I drop at least I don’t have to worry about waking up middle of the night cos its TKO – kidding.
